Jr. Team Dolphin A & B:
This is an introductory level. Children will train as a team and learn more complex skills and swim terminology. Swimmers will start to swim longer distances to develop stamina and promote fitness.

Sr. Team Dolphin:
This is an intermediate level. Swimmers will learn the finer points of competitive swimming while developing a greater fitness level. We encourage personal development and promote leadership in this program.

Entry requirements:
  • Completed Jr. Team Dolphin A & B or equivalent of the Swimfriends Learn to Swim program
  • 9 years and older
  • Swim all 4 competitive strokes
  • 200m Freestyle
